As part of Mavs Take ACTION!, the Dallas Mavericks developed Mavs Business Assist, which will empower 100 diverse entrepreneurs by giving them free access to the knowledge, tools, and support they need to succeed and grow their businesses.
The Mavs Business Assist (MBA) program aims to help 100  minority  entrepreneurs with  an online community as well as quarterly workshops held by Dallas Mavericks executives and sponsors. The program will culminate in a pitch competition in front of a panel of VIP judges. In addition, all 100 entrepreneurs will be featured in content and storytelling initiatives about their year-long journey.
In conjunction with various DFW Chamber of Commerce organizations, minority-owned businesses in the DFW metroplex are invited to apply each application period for a chance of being selected. Applications are closed for the 2023-24 season; however, to be notified of when applications open for the 2024-25 season, click below.
