There is no charge for the Mavs app and mobile ticketing
You can login to your Dallas Mavericks account within the Mavs official team app, use the email address associated with your season ticket account and the password you chose when the account was created. If you do not know your password, you can select “forgot password” or contact your Account Representative at (214) 747-MAVS for assistance
Screenshots of tickets are not accepted for entry. Mobile ticket(s) must be presented within the Mavs official team app, AccountManager via Mavs.com or within your phone’s Apple Wallet or Passbook or any equivalent app on an Android phone
In most cases you will receive a push notification about an hour prior to tip off that will allow easy access to your tickets.
We encourage you to download your tickets to your supported device before heading to a game. If you use an iPhone, you can store your game ticket in your Apple Wallet for easy access or any equivalent app on an Android phone.
The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the options for ticket delivery have changed. Moving forward, when accepting a ticket, the recipient will have two options for ticket delivery, mobile tickets or Will Call at the Box Office. The ability to print tickets at home (a PDF) is no longer available.
Yes, if the emailed recipient of your transfer does not have a smartphone, they can elect to have the ticket(s) placed at Will Call at the Box Office the day of the game. The ticket(s) will be available for pick up two hours prior to tip off.
