December 30, 2020 the Dallas Mavericks hosted the annual Mavs Tipoff event presented by Chime, benefitting the Mavs Foundation. This year’s fundraiser was broadcasted as a special program prior to the home opener on FOX Sports Southwest.
The Tipoff Broadcast allowed fans to hear directly from Mavs players, Coach Rick Carlisle and Owner Mark Cuban on life on and off the court, insights and expectations for the new season and basketball during a global pandemic, from the comfort and safety of their homes.
During the show, the Mavs Foundation Auction was open online for any fan to bid on autographed items and virtual experiences that contributed to the Foundation’s mission to support women, family and children in North Texas.
