Tee’d Up

The Winners of our Mavs Tee’d Up T-Shirt Design Contest as voted on by you, the fans! Congratulations to our winners and thanks to all who participated.

Home Opener
Oct. 27 vs. Brooklyn Nets

Designer – Gino Dal Cin

My design was created to celebrate the people of Dallas and the countless dedicated Mavs fans and families around the world. Highly inspired by the fun and expressive cartoony figuration of comic strips I enjoyed growing up, I wanted this design to highlight the boundless joy and celebration of a brand new season with our beloved Mavs.

Los Mavs Night
Mar. 3 vs. Philadelphia 76ers

Designer – Arturo Hernandez

I was born in a small town in Oaxaca, Mexico and I wanted to include festive patterns that are shared among many small-town festivities across Latin America. In some of my designs, they are present in the background, as a base, and in some, they are much more prominent like the sound of music. One phrase that I wanted to share with everyone is that even though we are all different, we are all Dallas, and we are all Mavs.

Fan Appreciation
Apr. 12 vs. Detroit Pistons

Designer – Rachel Montanez

My inspiration for the Dallas Mavericks Tee’d Up Design contest was all about bringing a playful + retro vibe to the table. My lil’ basketball dude is decked out in the Mavericks’ classic cowboy hat, tipping his hat to the team’s rich history and Texas roots. In one hand, the character holds a foam finger high, representing unwavering fan support, while the other hand spins a basketball, adding an element of excitement and motion. This design is a fun mix of nostalgia, unshakable team love, and a big ol’ Texas-sized grin, making it a whimsical tribute to Mavericks. S’go Mavs!
