You can relocate your seats when your relocation time begins, and can view available open seats until Wednesday, April 30 at 9pm. At that point, you will no longer be able to relocate your seats.
You are able to relocate each seat(s) ONE time during the relocation event. After you relocate your seat(s) once, those will be your seats for the 2025-26 season. Prior to deciding which seats to relocate into, you can view available seats as often as you desire, after your relocation time begins.
No, you will not be allowed to add additional seats during the relocation process. You will also not be allowed to drop any existing seats during the relocation process. Contact your Mavs Account Representative prior to the relocation event for additional assistance.
Absolutely! You can view all available seats in any of our available ticket plans and select the best seats for your membership. If you upgrade your seats, you will be asked to pay any increased cost on your new seats at that time, based on the payment option you’re currently enrolled in.
No you do not. You can view available seating at or after your relocation time, and if you do not decide to relocate your seats during the relocation process, you will retain your same seats for the 2025-26 season.
No. If you have not renewed your seats, you are ineligible to participate in this year’s relocation process. Contact your Mavs Account Representative with additional questions.
Yes, you will be able to purchase parking during the relocation process. Parking passes are available for all parking lots.
No. The arena will be closed during the duration of the event. You can view seating areas virtually anytime at www.mavs.com/tour, or during the relocation process through your online Mavs Account Manager. If you have additional questions, please contact your Mavs Account Representative.
