The Mavericks, in its sole discretion, will determine the validity of each survey participant. If the Mavericks determine or believe that any entry is fraudulent, illegitimate, or invalid, or that any survey participant has failed to comply with or has violated any provision of the Mavericks policies or applicable laws, the Mavericks will have the right in its discretion to disqualify any affected survey participant and/or to void any suspect or affected survey entries.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN SURVEY PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE MAVERICKS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
