Why are the Dallas Mavericks moving to mobile ticketing?

  • Mobile is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets
  • Mobile tickets provide quick and easy entry to American Airlines Center using your smartphone
  • Mobile provides instant access to your season tickets through the Mavs official team app or mavs.com and allows you to manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time
  • Mobile ticketing reduces the risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets

How much does the Mavs official team app cost?

There is no charge for the Mavs app and mobile ticketing

What are my options for Season Ticket delivery/entry to Dallas Mavericks games this season?

  • For the vast majority of our Season Ticket Holders, mobile ticketing via the Mavs official team app will be the most convenient way to manage your tickets and enter the building
  • If you prefer printed tickets, go to mavs.com/printedticketrequestform and fill out the request form prior to August 18, 2017

How do I access my tickets on my smartphone?

  • Download the Mavs official team app from iTunes or Google Play
  • Go to “Mobile Tickets”
  • If you have not used the Mavs app, log into your Mavs account (see details next question)
  • Browse the specific event you’re looking for and tap to see your tickets
  • When you get to American Airlines Center, simply present your digital ticket via your smartphone to the attendant at the door to have your ticket(s) scanned. If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, simply swipe left or right to navigate between them

When will I be able to transfer or sell my inventory using AccountManager either via desktop of mobile device?

  • Starting September 1, 2017 season ticket holders in good standing will be to access their inventory to transfer or sell tickets
  • If your account is past due, this feature will likely be disabled

How do I login to my Dallas Mavericks account on my mobile device?

You can login to your Dallas Mavericks account within the Mavs official team app, use the email address associated with your season ticket account and the password you chose when the account was created. If you do not know your password, you can select “forgot password” or contact your Account Representative at (214) 747-MAVS for assistance

Can I use a screenshot of my tickets to enter American Airlines Center?

Screenshots of tickets are not accepted for entry. Mobile ticket(s) must be presented within the Mavs official team app, AccountManager via Mavs.com or within your phone’s Apple Wallet or Passbook or any equivalent app on an Android phone

What if I lose connectivity or can’t connect to my account?

In most cases you will receive a push notification about an hour prior to tip off that will allow easy access to your tickets.
We encourage you to download your tickets to your supported device before heading to a game. If you use an iPhone, you can store your game ticket in your Apple Wallet for easy access or any equivalent app on an Android phone.

What happens if my phone dies, is lost or stolen, or I forget my phone?

  • On game day, if your tickets are not accessible via a smartphone, simply proceed to the Box Office at the northeast corner of American Airlines Center for assistance

How do I transfer a Mobile ticket?

  • Go to the Mavs official team app
  • Select “Mobile Ticket” and login
  • Select your desired event and tap on it
  • Select “Select” in the upper right corner
  • Select the seat(s) you want to transfer and then select “Transfer”
  • Input recipient’s information
  • Select “Done” and then select “Complete Transfer” at the bottom of the page

How do I sell a ticket via my smartphone?

  • Go to the Mavs official team app
  • Select “Mobile Ticket” and login
  • Select your desired event and tap on it
  • Select “Select” in the upper right corner
  • Select the seat(s) you wish to sell and then select “Sell”
  • Enter the price you wish to be paid (less fees)
  • Select “Post for Sale” to complete the process

I have routinely transferred tickets to friends and/or coworkers in the past. Has that process changed?

The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the options for ticket delivery have changed. Moving forward, when accepting a ticket, the recipient will have two options for ticket delivery, mobile tickets or Will Call at the Box Office. The ability to print tickets at home (a PDF) is no longer available.

Can I transfer a ticket to someone that does not have a smartphone?

Yes, if the emailed recipient of your transfer does not have a smartphone, they can elect to have the ticket(s) placed at Will Call at the Box Office the day of the game. The ticket(s) will be available for pick up two hours prior to tip off.

Has the process for transferring bulk tickets to my partner changed?

  • The process to bulk transfer tickets to a ticket partner has not changed, and likewise your partners ability to manage their tickets has not changed
  • The only thing that has changed is how your ticket partner would enter the building. They would now enter using their smartphone and no hard copy ticket or PID card is required

How does this affect my Mavs parking pass?

  • If you buy a Mavs parking pass you will still receive a hard copy printed book. The printed pass, when displayed on your rear view mirror, helps traffic officers properly direct you accordingly.
  • The transferability of a parking pass will be handled the same as a game ticket and you can enter a designated parking lot by displaying the proper digital parking pass.
