DALLAS – The Dallas Mavericks announced their 2018 preseason schedule today, which tips off on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 7:30 p.m., at American Airlines Center against the Beijing Ducks.

The 2018 preseason schedule will see Dallas play two home games at American Airlines Center and two games abroad against the Philadelphia 76ers in China.

In addition to opening up the preseason against the Ducks, the Mavericks will host the Charlotte Hornets on Oct. 12 in their remaining home game.

Dallas will begin their tour of China on Tuesday, Oct. 2 when they land in Shanghai. The Mavericks will practice on Wednesday and Thursday before taking on the 76ers at Mercedes-Benz Arena on Friday, Oct. 5 at 6:30 am CT. Both the Mavericks and 76ers will then travel to Shenzen, China to play the second and final international exhibition game at Shenzen Universiade Center on Monday, Oct. 8 at 7 a.m. CT. Both Dallas-Philadelphia matchups will be broadcast live on NBA TV.

Both Mavericks home games will be locally televised. FOX Sports Southwest PLUS will air the home game against Beijing (Sept. 29) while FOX Sports Southwest will televise the preseason finale against Charlotte (Oct. 12). All of the preseason games can be heard on ESPN 103.3 FM and in Spanish on Univision Deportes (1270 AM).

Following preseason play, Dallas tips off the 2018-19 regular season on Wednesday, Oct. 17 when the Mavericks travel to Phoenix to battle the Suns on ESPN.
