MAVERICKS (3-0) at MILWAUKEE BUCKS (1-3)
Time: 7 p.m.

TV: Bally Sports Southwest.
Radio: The Eagle 97.1 FM; Univision 1270 AM (Spanish)
About the Mavericks: They will wrap up the preseason against the defending NBA champions and they can only hope that when the regular season opens next week, they have this much success. They will try to close out an undefeated preseason, although they will revert to 0-0 the moment the final buzzer sounds . . . They are coming off a 68-point victory over Charlotte on Wednesday and plans to get the starters some quality minutes in the fourth quarter were foiled because of the blowout . . . The 68-point margin was the biggest preseason win by an NBA team (against NBA competition) since 1995, surpassing the 54-point win by Orlando over the New Orleans Hornets in 2010 . . . The Mavericks will rest Luka Dončić, Kristaps Porzingis and Tim Hardaway Jr. That leaves Dorian Finney-Smith and Dwight Powell as the only regular starters. Tentatively, Jalen Brunson, Maxi Kleber and Josh Green will round out the starting lineup . . . Reggie Bullock and Tyrell Terry also are out. Neither is with the team . . . The Mavericks will open the regular season Thursday at Atlanta, then play at Toronto before their home opener against Houston on Oct. 26.
About the Bucks: They are coming off a 124-120 loss at Utah in which most of their key players saw substantial playing time. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton played 21 and 25 minutes, respectively. Interestingly, they scored 21 and 25 points, respectively. It was just the second preseason game for both players . . . Over the last three regular seasons, the Bucks have the best regular-season record (162-65) and the most playoff wins (31) in the NBA . . . They also have led the league in scoring the last three seasons, including a franchise record 120.1 points per game last season . . . This also concludes their preseason. They open the regular season Tuesday at home against Brooklyn. Before that game, they will receive their championship rings from last season . . . Their only preseason win was in their only other home exhibition, in which they beat Oklahoma City 130-110 . . . Former SMU standout Semi Ojeleye now is with the Bucks after four seasons with Boston.
