The Dallas Mavs joined other NBA teams around the league this March to celebrate the 17th annual Noches Éne•Bé•A Latin Nights program at the American Airlines Center.

The Mavs hosted Festival de Los Mavs, presented by Ford, and rolled out the blue carpet for fans on the South Plaza ahead of the Mavs game against the Charlotte Hornets last Friday. Every fan at the game also received a special Festival de Los Mavs commemorative t-shirt.

MFFLs enjoyed a live Folklorico performance by Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico.

Former Dallas Mavs great and 2011 NBA champion J.J. Barea and former Mavs player Charlie Villanueva, who played over 650 NBA games in 11 seasons, signed autographs and met with fans.

Food and refreshments included free tacos, compliments of Michelob ULTRA, and paletas from Encanto Pops and Michelob ULTRA organic seltzers.

From March 1-15, NBA players wore celebratory warmup shirts and the league launched Noches Éne•Bé•A-themed merchandise.

Mavs’ superstar Luka Doncic also addressed fans before the game in Spanish, thanking MFFLs for their support.

Dallas joined the other 29 teams in the league by producing original content across social media channels that reached both the English and Spanish-speaking audience.

During the game, Grammy Award-winning instrumentalist Chris Perez performed a special national anthem and fans enjoyed a live halftime show courtesy of Academia de mariachis de La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth, Texas.
