DALLAS – Dallas Mavericks forward Dwight Powell will be one of several National Basketball Association players who will put on their coaching hats and coach in the 10th edition of Basketball Without Borders Asia.
Powell, other NBA players, NBA assistant coaches and former WNBA players will be coaching the top high school age campers from throughout the Asia-Pacific region. The top 66 boys and girls from 16 countries and territories will participate in the event, which will be held May 30-June 2 at The NBA Academy India in Delhi National Capital Region.
Mavs head athletic trainer, Casey Smith, will serve as the camp’s athletic trainer.
