Jump Training

Jump Training is a plyometric workout that will help you build leg strength and increase your jumping ability.  Designed with the middle school and high school basketball player in mind, these one-hour workouts are good for athletes of any sport.  Mavs Academy coaches will give live feedback, encouragement, and tips.

The Mavs Academy’s number one priority is the safety of our fans, campers, coaches and employees. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, Mavs Academy is offering a variety of engaging VIRTUAL CAMPS! Your child will be able to grow their skills from the comfort and safety of their own home.

Required: water, basketball, space that allows for jumping and dribbling the ball

Recommended: towel, ability to keep the ball from rolling on the ground, chair or stool
