FANS AGE 2 (TWO) & UP SEATED WITHIN 15 FT OF COURT (COURTSIDE) OR FANS AGE 12 (TWELVE) & UP NOT SEATED WITHIN 15 FT OF COURT MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST ADMINISTERED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ENTRY OR FULL VACCINATION STATUS VIA MAVSCHECKIN.COM.

MASKS ENFORCED FOR ALL FANS AGE 2 & UP, REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS.

AAC STAFF WILL DENY ENTRY TO THOSE NON-COMPLIANT WITH REQUIREMENTS.

FAN HEALTH SCREENING

Courtside Fans Within 15 ft of Court

Due to NBA protocols, all fans age 2 & up seated within 15 ft of court (SEE BELOW) must comply to entry requirements outlined by showing proof of negative COVID-19 test or full vaccination status.

  1. Proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by a licensed facility within 48 hours of entry or full vaccination status uploaded to Mavs15CheckIn.com for fans age 2 & up.
  1. When seated, Courtside fans will be asked to show confirmation page for any fan who appears to be under 12 and provided a wristband if cleared.

Fans NOT Within 15 ft of Court

For the safety of all MFFLs, staff, players, and personnel, attendees *age 12 and up must comply to (1) of the following entry requirements and upload proper documentation to MavsCheckIn.com.

  1. Proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by a licensed facility within 48 hours of attending event. You can find your nearest testing facility by going to the Dallas County website here.
  1. Proof last dose of COVID-19 vaccine was received at least 14 days prior to event by presenting CDC vaccination card.

How Does Mavs Check-In Work?

You may remember MavsCheckIn.com from last season! You will now be able to easily upload the desired health documents noted above and check-in by following the steps on MavsCheckIn.com

MASK MANDATE

In accordance with the Dallas County mask order, masks (covering your nose and mouth) are required and enforced for all fans age 2 and up, unless actively eating or drinking in assigned seat, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

Acceptable Masks

  • Medical-grade face mask
  • Three-layer cloth mask
  • Two-layer cloth mask that includes a filter

Unacceptable Masks

  • Gaiters
  • Bandanas
  • Face coverings with exhalation valves or vents
  • Face shields only accepted with inclusion of a face covering underneath

GAMEDAY CHECKLIST

  • Each individual, as outlined above, must complete Fan Health Screening at MavsCheckIn.com within 48 hours of entering AAC.
  • Masks (covering your nose and mouth) are required and enforced for all fans age 2 and up, unless actively eating or drinking in assigned seat, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Fans non-compliant with health screening requirements will be denied entry.
  • Mobile tickets and pre-purchased parking passes will again be fully mobile this season. You can access your tickets and passes through the Dallas Mavs app or your Ticketmaster account.
  • Bags and purses will not be permitted, with the exception of wallet size clutches no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″. All bags are subject to x-ray inspection.
  • AAC only accepts cashless transactions at all points of sale, including concession stands, bars, and merchandise stands.
  • No congregating in the concourses.
  • Please review AAC Fan Safety Guidelines in full PRIOR to arrival at AAC.
  • If you feel sick in any way, even if symptoms are mild, please think of your fellow MFFLs by staying safe and at home. We hope to see you at a Mavs game in the future!

Parking

Parking will be available in all garages and lots, except Green.

Entrance

All entrances will be open for every home game.

Mobile Tickets

Fans may access their mobile tickets through the Mavs App or your Ticketmaster account.
