Vaccine Clinic

Clinic is open for ALL Dallas Mavericks home games where you or your family can receive a COVID 1st/2nd dose, booster, or pediatric vaccine! No appointment necessary, walk-ups welcome, even if you’re not going to the game – no game ticket required!

  1. Complete Vaccine Registration –
  1. If you have a vaccine card to update, please bring with you.
  1. Arrive to the Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Club Patio at least 2 hours before tip through end of halftime.
  1. Masks are mandated within clinic at all times.

Courtside Fans Within 15 ft of Court

Due to NBA protocols, all fans age 2 & up seated within 15 ft of court must comply to entry requirements and enter through one of three designated areas to receive wristband. SEE BELOW.

  1. Upload proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by a licensed facility within 48 hours of entry or full vaccination status to for for all fans age 2 & up.
  1. Courtside fans can conveniently enter AAC through one of the following designated areas to obtain their Courtside wristband:
  1. If you park in Lot A or Yellow Lot – Media Entrance, west side of AAC.
  2. If you park in Gold Parking – Gold Parking Entrance, accessible via the Gold Parking Garage.
  3. If you park in The Lexus Garage or any other location – Jack Daniels Patio on southeast corner of AAC.

Fans NOT Within 15 ft of Court

Entry requirements have been lifted for fans NOT within 15 ft of the court and a Fan Health Survey is no longer needed.

How Does Mavs Check-In Work?

You may remember from last season! You will now be able to easily upload the desired health documents noted above and check-in by following the steps on


In accordance with the Dallas County mask order, masks (covering your nose and mouth) are required and enforced for all fans age 2 and up, unless actively eating or drinking in assigned seat, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

Acceptable Masks

  • Medical-grade face mask
  • Three-layer cloth mask
  • Two-layer cloth mask that includes a filter

Unacceptable Masks

  • Gaiters
  • Bandanas
  • Face coverings with exhalation valves or vents
  • Face shields only accepted with inclusion of a face covering underneath


  • ONLY Fans seated within 15 ft of the court must complete Fan Health Screening at within 48 hours of entering AAC through designated entrances listed above.
  • Masks (covering your nose and mouth) are required and enforced for all fans age 2 and up, unless actively eating or drinking in assigned seat, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Fans non-compliant with health and safety protocols will be denied entry.
  • Mobile tickets and pre-purchased parking passes will again be fully mobile this season. You can access your tickets and passes through the Dallas Mavs app or your Ticketmaster account.
  • Bags and purses will not be permitted, with the exception of wallet size clutches no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″. All bags are subject to x-ray inspection.
  • AAC only accepts cashless transactions at all points of sale, including concession stands, bars, and merchandise stands.
  • No congregating in the concourses.
  • Please review AAC Fan Safety Guidelines in full PRIOR to arrival at AAC.
  • If you feel sick in any way, even if symptoms are mild, please think of your fellow MFFLs by staying safe and at home. We hope to see you at a Mavs game in the future!


Parking will be available in all garages and lots, except Green.


All entrances will be open for every home game.

Fans may access their mobile tickets through the Mavs App or your Ticketmaster account.
