TO QUALIFY FOR THIS OFFER: 

1. A Citigroup® issued credit card must be used for the purchase.  
2. A minimum $2,500 payment is required.
3. Season Ticket Members MUST CALL their Dallas Mavericks Account Executive to make the transaction.

5. Online payments do not qualify for this offer.
6. Indicate to your Account Executive that you are calling for the Citi® Jalen Brunson Autographed Basketball Offer.  
7. A mailing address for the autographed ball must be provided.
8. The offer ends after the first 200 payments are received.  

Offer limited to 200 Club Maverick Members who renew with their Citi® credit card. 

All credit card purchases will be verified by Citigroup®. Once verified, a Jalen Brunson autographed basketball will be mailed to the address provided. Allow eight to twelve weeks for delivery.
